In 1984, a small balloon shop had the idea for a new product, “HI-FLOAT”, to help helium balloons float longer than 24 hours. 

40 years later, that idea has blown up 🎈into an international company, revolutionized the balloon and party industry, and created a whole line of products you love- HI-FLOAT, transport bags, and our newest HI-SHINE.
