Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1 lb pasta 
1 c cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
Fresh parsley, chopped

Ranch Yogurt:
1 c plain Greek yogurt
½ c Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika Butter:
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp paprika (adjust to taste)

Steps:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions

2️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, add onions and cook 3-4 min, then add garlic and cook until fragrant

3️⃣ Add tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook 1-2 min

4️⃣ Add the ground beef and cook until browned and sprinkle in hidden.valley Ranch Seasoning

5️⃣ In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.

6️⃣ Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in paprika until fully combined

7️⃣ Assemble in layers: pasta, ranch yogurt, beef mixture, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, drizzle with paprika butter.
