only 20 days in and i’m already loving the mental and physical changes that’ve been happening 💃🏽 i plan on continuing the things on my 75 shmedium list once those 75 days are finished so it was important to me to give myself a challenge but also things that i’d be able to reasonably maintain once it was done. i’ve realized over the last 3ish weeks that this is more so a 75 day challenge to build better habits more than anything else and i’m not mad at it at all 😂 getting these new habits going before the new year has me super optimistic as we are approaching year end. are you going to have a vision board / journal / goals set for 2025?
