## Caption

2024 was a wild one. Equally as difficult as it was amazing. I know it’s not quite over yet, but I don’t have anything else officially on the books for the rest of the year. To say I am thankful would be an understatement. It’s hard to look back on the year and not tear up with gratitude. I can say that I have worked really hard for opportunities but I am more blessed than anything else. I believe God opened many doors for a reason, though why, I’m still not sure. I’m just unbelievably grateful.

I have no idea what 2025 will look like and that’s ok. I have ideas and dreams which somehow have to also fall into the practical side of making a living. But I trust that it will all work out because I know I’m doing what I’m meant to do, at least for this season of my life.

This year marked 10 years of being a photographer. Before that I was a graphic designer, an audio engineer, and a Starbucks barista. I used to always jump from one thing to the next because I had so many different interests that I would always have new ideas and ambitions and just drop the other things to pursue the next. I really do fit the bill of “Jack of all trades” or maybe in my case “Jill of all trades” 😆 Photography is really the only thing that really grabbed a hold of my heart and stuck. It’s the only thing I have stayed with long enough to get kind of good at it.

And I plan on sticking with it for many more years because it just makes me happy. I’ll stop rambling now - Here’s to an amazing 2025 for all of us! ✨
