Three things have never gone down in American history: GDP, real estate values, and the stock market. 📈 They might dip during a recession, but they always correct and rise above the line.

Let me share a story: In 2008, I bought a townhouse in L.A. for $220,000. During the recession, its value dropped to $100K, and everyone told me to sell. I didn’t listen. I rented it out, paid the property taxes, and forgot about it. Five years later, I sold it for $750,000.

I used a 1031 tax-free exchange to invest in another property with zero tax impact. All I did was stay patient and trust the process.

Investing in the U.S.—the largest economy and sole superpower—is a smart move. Even global leaders talking mess about America are putting their money here. The lesson? Don’t panic, think long-term, and let your investments work for you.
