Every Spring, I add something new to my exercise regimen, and this year, it was ballet 🩰  I didn’t have much interest in it growing up, but I decided it would be an excellent experience for my inner child. I literally teared up during my first class. It felt like I healed something I never knew existed🥹 You are never too old to try something new.
