Our goal is to be not only be a personal assistant, but a friend.

The Bespoke Life started with the aim to provide meaningful support and quality time to those living independently, offering an alternative to the structured routines of care homes. They recognised that beyond personal care and meal provision, people deeply value human connection, social interaction, and the chance to enjoy their favourite activities.

With nearly a decade of experience in social care and inspired by her own grandparents’ experiences, Vicky understood the reluctance many feel toward traditional Day Centres, where stigma and labels can deter participation. She envisioned a different approach: bringing tailored social wellbeing services directly to clients on their terms, whether in the comfort of their homes or at familiar locations like libraries or shops.

Recognising this unmet need, The Bespoke Life was created to prioritise building confidence and fostering independence, enabling clients to rediscover the joys of outings and hobbies.
