We’ve gained WEIGHT.. big time… and not the cute weight.

I went to S2 and got a body scan done so I can have a definitive starting point for this upcoming journey.

Let’s talk about the results- 

Current weight: 214.3lbs
Body Fat Mass: 81.8lbs 

We’ve lost it once, we can do it again, and KEEP it off.

Gotta start somewhere 😅😅
