Matt Ryan’s visit, arranged by the Garden of Dreams Foundation (part of the Madison Square Garden family of companies), included a day with Maria Fareri Children's Hospital patients, their families and hospital staff. Ryan hand-delivered special care packages to children, which included a signed jersey.

Maria Fareri serves the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County, Conn., and is a 136-bed advanced care pediatrics facility.
