2024 was the year I got into crystals but not the pink quartz kind...I love a simple H2O kind! 

It all started with my first proper saunagus in Copenhagen and taking my body to such crazy heat at 110 degrees celsius that I happily dunked myself into an icebath!! Honestly at that level of heat you will hurl yourself into an icebath tocool down! 

Now I'm not afraid of picking up huge blocks of ice when I see them. Note the morning I picked upthis block of ice off a mountain in Turkey I'd been in a sauna at 84 degrees . 

Experimenting with adapting my body temperature and resilience to extremes was important to me in 2024 given I'm now living in cold Copenhagen!
