## Caption

The vegan risotto with toasted hazelnuts, carrots, asparagus, squash, and pesto was one of my favorite vegan dishes of the year. The hazelnuts added a nutty flavor that really made the dish and the carrots were pickled and sliced milimeter thin. It's available for their St Patrick's Day festival, but we hope @raglanroadpub adds it to their regular menu soon.
