If you’re looking to add some new artists to your winter playlist, we’ve got you. Here’s 3 new bands to check out 🎧

@radiofreealiceband - This five-piece Melbourne-based band popped on our radar earlier this year and has quickly become a team favorite. Nostalgic and new at the same time, Radio Free Alice encapsulates a new wave rock sound in their second EP, ‘Polyester.’ After a 3 month residency in the UK/Europe this year, the band has plans for more US shows in 2025.

@maryinthejunkyrd - This British three piece released their debut EP in 2024, produced by XL Recordings founder Richard Russell. Guitarist and vocalist Clari Freeman-Taylor, bassist and viola player Saya Barbaglia, and drummer David Addison make rock with an experimental edge and honed their sound with a busy performance schedule in 2023 before their breakout this year.

@sunken___ - London band Sunken announced their next EP with “10K,” a sweeping rock song anchored by lead singer Poppy’s atmospheric vocals. With a spooky video shot on the banks of the Thames, it’s the first taste of lots more on the way from the five piece who are back after a couple of years with a refreshed sound and vision.
