@emma.lawson_5 🇨🇦 is the youngest individual to podium at the CrossFit Games.

As a 17-year-old, Lawson made her individual Games debut in 2022 after winning the Atlas Games Semifinal. She finished sixth overall in the world.

This year, the 2021 Games teen champion made her way back to Madison by taking fourth — out of 59 women — at the North America East Semifinal.

After donning the leader’s jersey for a number of tests, Lawson finished the competition as the second-Fittest Woman on Earth.

"Words cannot even begin to describe what I feel right now. What I do know is that I wouldn’t be standing here if it weren’t for the amazing team of people I am so grateful to have behind me."—Emma Lawson, second-Fittest Woman on Earth
