"They say it takes a village but this year was different. This year I made my circle even smaller. Training from my garage gym this season meant no distractions or interactions, just hard work & peace."— Arielle Loewen 

The long-time regional athlete qualified for her first CrossFit Games in 2021 after winning the Granite Games Semifinal. In 2022, she battled her way back to the Games by winning the Last-Chance Qualifier. 

Loewen: "I truly believe God put the perfect people I needed in my corner to succeed."

This season, Loewen won the Open and the Individual Quarterfinal in the North America West region, and took third in her Semifinal. 

Loewen closes out her 2023 season as the third-fittest woman in the world — her best finish yet.
