You Know That @CrossFit Feeling

Sitting in the crowd watching some of our sport’s fittest compete at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games Semifinals is a surreal exercise in empathy.

You can feel the cold metal when competitors pick up the barbell. Your heart rate starts to rise with theirs as they wrap their hands around the handles of the ski erg.

Why? Because you have done it before.

And if you find yourself in the stands at one of the in-person Semifinals this season, you have the chance to feel it again as part of the community throwdown, where fans can try the workouts programmed on the competition floor. Because the workouts that challenge the best can be scaled for the rest.

And because the needs of elite athletes and our grandparents — some of whom, we know, are elite athletes themselves — differ by degree, not kind.

Whether you are a first-time athlete or a seasoned competitor, CrossFit is for everyone.
