New year, new me is out…there is a reason most people give up on their “new year’s resolutions” within 32 days. Self-improvement and trying new things is GREAT but the pressure to completely transform your life in January can be toxic. Try this instead. Don’t reinvent yourself, instead get to know yourself. Learn how to be a better version of what’s already amazing. 

I kicked off January by visiting bodymetrxkc to tune into my health. This past year was a challenging one (in more ways than one) and I saw that strain on my body through my results. That’s no reason to panic instead it was more assuring I’m in consensus with myself. Plus, knowing more about my body and how it specifically works helps me map out a plan.
