Here’s what we tried:
🦞 Lobster Roll: brioche bun, buttery lobster, watercress, chive aioli, crispy garlic, and a drizzle of melted compound butter. 

🌮 Aji Tacos: two soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of chicken or steak, topped with tangy cabbage slaw, creamy avocado, cotija cheese, and aji verde crema. 

🥗 Baja Caesar: crisp petite romaine, shaved parmesan, crunchy garlic bread crumbs, and smoky chipotle Caesar dressing.
