Today was tough for me. As someone who struggles with body dysmorphia, I caught a glimpse of my cellulite in the mirror on my way out the door to my first practice of the year, and it broke my heart a little. I always preach online about doing what you love, regardless of how your body looks… but I’ll admit, even I sometimes struggle to follow my own advice.

Remember, some days will be harder than others. Take this as a reminder to never skip out on something you love because of the way your body LOOKS. You are so much more than your appearance!
