Many of us were first exposed to these topics in our Pranakriya 200-hour, but some of us may not have received this kind of training (or it’s been a long time). These topics may feel like something we don’t need to revisit if we think we already know, but, once we start teaching - yoga or otherwise - the approach we take to creating a space for all, or our ethical obligations as teachers (to others and to ourselves) moves from hypothetical to real. And some circumstances can feel grey, rather than black and white, and we may wish we knew what was the right thing to do.

Leaning on what we have learned in the Cultivating Intuitive Presence & Boundaries program, and re-engaing with codes of ethics for yoga teachers and the yamas and niyamas as a basis for how we show up in the world for ourselves and others, this important program guides us through some of those murky waters.

This program includes an embodiment of the concepts of this program, through yoga practice.

We invite yoga teachers and interested practitioners from all traditions to join us for this program.
