This five hour module will explore techniques to help to expand deep, inner awareness of both our own, as well as our students, physical, mental and energetic bodies. 

Guidance will be given in: accessing personal inner wisdom; cultivating objective listening techniques; using these tools to navigate the best path toward optimal well being. 

Building trust in our skills and intuition will allow us to better discern and aid our students in finding and maintaining balance and overall wellness for themselves. We will also look at the importance of strong boundaries in maintaining professional integrity in#advancedyogateachercertification300hrs
