Our crew pulled off an incredible venue flip for the utahsymphony, transforming the space from an elegant dinner to a lively after-party in just over an hour 💃🎶

What went into the flip?⤵️

1️⃣ 40 cabaret tables added
2️⃣ 7 banquet tables removed
3️⃣ 56 table linens changed

From meticulous planning by our event concierge and logistics teams, to flawless execution from our event staff and on-site chefs ➡️ this transformation was a major success!
