Body work Wednesday: 🛠️ 

This client had just completed a 32 day journey, walking through Spain on the Camino de Santiago…550 miles 🤯

She was ready for a tune up! 😅

I worked each calf and foot with both IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and Cupping along with manual massage and passive range of motion. 🤓

Now she’s ready to take on whatever adventure comes her way next! ☀️🌲🏃🏽‍♀️
