No frozen fruit? No problem, substitute with GoodPop’s no added sugar fruit pops!

INGREDIENTS
1 - 13.66 fluid ounces can of coconut cream (divided per instructions)
4 GoodPop No-Added Sugar Strawberry pops
2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS
For Glass and Glaze
1. Open the coconut cream can and dip a spoon into the creamy part, scooping about 1 tablespoon of cream onto the back of your spoon.
2. Carefully, take the back of the spoon and press into the inside part of the glass, about halfway down. Scoop the coconut cream upwards to create a cloud-like line and texture. 
3. Repeat to have 3 “clouds” per glass. Keep the remaining coconut cream to the side.
4. Take one GoodPop Strawberry pop and place into a microwave safe measuring cup or bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30-seconds.
5. Remove from the microwave and remove the stick. 
6. Divide the strawberry glaze evenly between the two serving glasses and set to the side.

Prepare the Smoothie
1. Take the three remaining Strawberry GoodPop and place into a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup. Microwave for 15 seconds, or until you can easily remove the popsicle sticks. Remove the sticks and pour the Strawberry pops into a high-powered blender.
2. Pour the remaining coconut cream into the blender with the Strawberry pops.
3. Place the lid on and blend on medium speed until the mixture is creamy and no lumps show (about 20-30 seconds).
4. Place the lid to the side and add 2 cups of ice.
5. Blend again for about 15-20 seconds, until the ice is completely blended into the mixture.

Assemble the Smoothie
Pour the creamy strawberry smoothie between the two prepared glasses, filling to the top. Enjoy!
