We’ve been following a story in Arizona for some time involving a town implementing a “pickleball tax” that residents are completely against 👀

That tax has resulted in a lawsuit against Gilbert, Arizona 😮

The lawsuit calls the 2.2 percent taxes “illegal” that were put in place for construction, advertising and other infrastructure needs 🤔
