⚽️🌟 THURSDAY at the United Soccer Coaches convention was jam-packed with incredible sessions, including the Black Soccer Coaches Panel, offering much-needed perspectives, experiences, and recommendations. BJ Callaghan and Troy Lesesne provided themselves as proof that success in soccer coaching isn't always a straight line in their compelling session.

The Orlando Pride panel had much to crow about after their coaches led the team to the 2024 NWSL Championship title. Seb Hines, Yolanda Thomas, and their colleagues discussed what the journey has been like for them. Moving stories from the Jerry Yeagley & Friends panel culminated in the entire room singing Happy Birthday to Jerry. U.S. Soccer's Sporting Director, Matt Crocker, delivered his rousing "Pathways to Excellence: U.S. Soccer Player Development Framework" to a packed house. And Thursday evening saw the official opening of the Exhibit Hall as guests mingled among scores of businesses and organizations thematically linked by their love for the game.
