Today, we took a deep dive into Spain’s rich culinary history with a cooking demonstration put together by our amazing tour director, Vicky, at Dos Manos! 🇪🇸✨ 

We learned how to make tapas, which were originally small snacks for Spanish soldiers, became a vibrant part of social dining culture. 🍤 

Then, we explored the origins of paella, a dish born in Valencia, made to celebrate family gatherings and local ingredients. From the history to the hands-on experience of preparing our own paella, it was a feast for the senses! 🍚🔥
