1. 3 & 5 ball quick Side toss
2. Angle toss
3. Front toss exaggerated finish
4. Front toss 3-1 count approach
5. Mixed speeds short over hand BP

The Approach: Only think about firing back hip and knee as fast as possible into the ball.
