After filming all of my January workouts indoors 🏠 because of the wind 🌬️ and Southern California fires 🔥, I was determined to get outside 🌳 for a workout. But Mother Nature had other plans! 😅

I turned my back to grab my weights 🏋️‍♀️, and when I turned around, something felt off… 🤔 My mat was GONE! 😱 At first, I couldn’t even spot it, but then I realized it had blown ALL the way across the park in seconds! 🌀 Still determined, I set everything back up… but that pesky mat just wouldn’t stay put. 🤦‍♀️

After 30 minutes of chasing my setup around the park, I finally gave up and took my workout back home. 🏡

Moral of the story: You can try, try again… but sometimes Mother Nature wins! 🌬️💪
