my current go to recipe to use up the veg in my fridge 🥕 creamy vegan gnocchi soup! 

It’s loaded with carrots, celery, potato, and soft gnocchi. I added in vegan chick’n but you can definitely use white beans in their place. It’s one of those soups that is so hearty and perfect as a meal all on its own.

This was one of the first recipes on my blog and I decided it was about time it finally got its own video!
