UMass Lowell Students in Asst. Prof. Yanfen Li’s Introduction to Biomedical Engineering course recently participated in the BME Student Project Showcase. Two-dozen former students served as “judges” for the 15 group projects, which included a heated insole for plantar fasciitis and an air-pressurized back brace.
