Looking for a fresh and easy meal or snack that you can make effortlessly this New Year? How about these Chicken Caesar Salad Wonton Cups? These quick to prepare bites are made with fresh ingredients like grilled chicken strips, Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar, romaine lettuce, red onion, tiny cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmesan. Each bite is loaded with tons of flavor that you will love!

If you have not tried the Marzetti Simply line, you’re missing out! These tasty dressings boast 50 calories per serving, 2 grams of sugar or less per serving, and are made with simple, real ingredients. Find in both traditional and new flavors in the produce area (near salads) at your local grocers.

*Recipe makes 12 cups and can be easily multiplied.

24 wonton wrappers
Avocado spray oil
1 cup cubed chicken
½ cup shaved parmesan
½ cup tiny cherry tomatoes
¼ cup sliced onion
2 cups romaine lettuce
½ cup Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar

Make:
Toss salad ingredients in a bowl with the Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar and set aside.
Line a 12-count muffin tin with 2 overlapped wonton wrappers per cup. Bake for 12 minutes at 375F or until golden brown. Once baked, generously fill each with the salad mixture. These are perfect enjoyed alone as a meal or would make a wonderful complement to a charcuterie board or salad bar.
