🌎 Creative cities are everywhere with public art + urban design playing a vital role in fostering community connections and cultural experiences.

From playful public seating in Downtown Halifax to a monument of 116 unique planter boxes in Budapest, Hungary (featured), these projects transform busy cityscapes into places for dialogue and play.

🌱 Garden of Communities by hellowood intersects nature and public art. Each planter represents a municipality that participated in the Veszprém-Balaton Capital of Culture Program (with the intention for every sapling to be planted in the designated cities, symbolizing intercity unity as the trees grow across the region).
