We’re only a few weeks away from the 2025 CrossFit Open! 

Whether you’re a first-timer, a seasoned CrossFit athlete, or just looking to have some fun, The Open is your chance to test your limits, celebrate fitness, and connect with our amazing community.

📅 The Details:

•Start Date: February 27th - March 17th - Duration: 3 weeks (1 workout per week) ⬇️

Workout 25.1: Released February 27, due March 3
Workout 25.2: Released March 6, due March 10
Workout 25.3: Released March 13, due March 17

🗺️Where:

•Morning & Midday group classes on Fridays (Workouts are released the Thursday before at 12PM PT)
•Friday Night Lights events at each location in the evenings

💪 What’s New This Year: 

We’re hanging a sign-up sheet at both gyms! 📝
•Write your name to commit to completing all three workouts.
•Build excitement, spark conversations, and show your support for what The Open stands for.

🎁 Prizes & Incentives:

Complete all three workouts (scaled options available) and input your results into Wodify to qualify for our raffle!
•6 months of free membership (3 months, 2 months, 1 month)
•Paradiso shirts & gear
