2025 is all about taking my health and fitness to new heights. Starting off with the VO2 Max Test to understand how efficient my body is at utilizing oxygen during exercise. The test also gathered data points on how my body prioritizes glucose v fats at different points of the test. This will be used to influence my fueling strategy prior to match day.
