This month’s Mindset Journal theme is “Hard Work and Purpose” - our LOVB student athlete, Lauren Schutter, shares some of her habits that help her stay driven and focused on her goals.

Lauren is a middle blocker at the University of Northern Carolina. She previously played for LOVB Club kcpowervb and was named the No. 1 player in Kansas by PrepDig in 2021.
