Jay is the creator of the You Good Bro Men’s Summit and the author of two transformative resources: the 21-Day You Good Bro Mental Health Journal and the You Good Bro 30-Day Affirmation Book. Through his work, Jay empowers men to prioritize self-care, strengthen their foundations, and create lasting impact within their families and communities.

His journey began with the “I Am You” Men’s Conference in Dallas, Texas, igniting his passion for building safe spaces where men can connect, heal, and grow. Jay’s dedication extends beyond summits—he volunteered with the Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative (TORI), created by Bishop T.D. Jakes, helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society.

As a proud single father of four, Jay brings a unique perspective on the joys and challenges of fatherhood. His mission is clear: to help overwhelmed men reclaim their purpose, rise above life’s challenges, and care for themselves and their loved ones.
