It was Monday Night Football, 2017. I was lined up against the Cowboys, learning the hard way at right tackle. 

DeMarcus Lawrence had 3 sacks, Maliek Collins added two, and I must’ve given up what felt like ten pressures. 

Brutal, but that game forced a shift: a tiny tweak in my stance that changed my game. 

Here are the five fundamentals every lineman needs: weight, bend, core, hands, and eyes. Master these to win before the snap.
