Standing at 6’8”, this is something I often learned the hard way during 12 years in the NFL. Here are a few pointers that helped me 👇

1️⃣ It starts with your stance. Feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, eyes locked on the chest. 
2️⃣ Lower your center of gravity and engage your legs like a coiled spring for maximum power. 
3️⃣ Strike with tight hand placement to leverage your defender and keep your core and hips engaged.
