Miso chuck roast 🤯 I took inspiration from my bro @406_bbq and his love of miso for this one 🙏🏾 No joke, this was insane 🙌🏾 Like a beefy umami bomb in the best way! Real talk I could see this sauce working great on seafood, pork and chicken as well! Sauce recipe below ⬇️

MISO SAUCE:
▪️ 2 tbsp miso paste
▪️ 3 minced garlic cloves 
▪️ 1/2 cup water
▪️ 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
▪️ 1 tablespoon honey 
▪️ 1 teaspoon ginger powder
▪️ 1/4 cup brown sugar 
▪️ 1tbsp butter or oil
🟢TO MAKE: Sweat out garlic on oil or butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Simmer 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
