What a year! This season was an incredible journey that I’m really trying to find the words to describe. 

To my Team. Thank YOU. You all embraced our championship standard and your play on the court reflected it. Passion, Intensity, Brotherhood, Toughness, Skill & Confidence is what you all showed Loyola Basketball is about. AND It is NOT easy to face the expectations you all had + get everyone’s best shot every night… But there was never a doubt that you all believe you were a special team. People may think that years of experience guarantees you’re going to be good, but it does NOT. It takes a level gratitude + commitment to doing the little things needed + you all never skipped steps. I’m grateful for your belief + trust. I’m blessed to be your coach. I’m so proud of the legacy you all left. 

To my staff. Thank YOU. Lucky to work with you all. Inspired by your commitment. Thankful for your loyalty. Motivated by your passion. Grateful for your friendship. Lucky to have you as FAMILY. 

To Loyola Supporters, Fans, Alums, Students, Staff. Thank YOU. So lucky to represent you all on the court. You mean so much to the growth of the Loyola Chicago Basketball Brand. Thank you for showing up to make Gentile Arena one of the most electric game day atmospheres in the country. Thank you for showing up to all the road/neutral games wearing those scarves + cheering loud. Thank you for supporting our team through the adversities that all teams have in a positive way all year. Thank you for helping our brand be stronger than it ever has!

To my friends + family. Thank YOU. I’m so blessed to have the best support system in the world. One of my favorite parts of this game is the way that it brings people together and I’m lucky that so many of you spent time traveling, watching & supporting me & our program.
