Diversity isn’t just about black, white, red, or blue—it’s about green. Demographics are destiny, with 40% of the U.S. being Black and Brown today, and a majority-minority future within 10 years. Smart businesses, like Costco, see the math: reflect your customers, or lose them.

DEI as a program may be dead, but diversity as a strategy is the future—and it’s just good business.
