We're excited to announce a FREE Sitting Volleyball Try-it day! 

On Thursday, December 29 from 6-8pm, three members of canadawsittingvb will be there to teach and show you the game. Whether you've played volleyball or not, this is for anyone who wants to try it and is a fun activity that will also give you a great workout!

Burn some of those holiday calories by coming to the dome and join some of our World Championship Silver Medalists!
