ENVS 337: Practicum in Agroecology at the George Jones Farm II.

In this course taught by Visiting Lecturer in Environmental Studies Brad Melzer, students get hands-on experience in the ecology and economics of small-scale farms, focusing on sustainable food production. Recently, the class invited "Mycology Mike" Ballou, Josephine Nakakande (a mycologist and community activist), and Don King (the Mushroom Hunter) to give a lecture and lead the class in a mushroom foraging expedition.
