On October 6, Oberlin’s historic Ben Franklin store hosted the annual Latino and Hispanic Festival. The store’s gathering space was filled with live Latino music, cultural activities, and delicious treats—including a Peruvian purple corn pudding known as mazamorra morada, and a quinoa and milk pudding.

The event was sponsored by Ben Franklin, La Casa Hispánica (Spanish House, aka Harvey House), and Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant.
