I had definitely been called lazy over the years

I mean it made sense right? I was so overweight for so long that it appeared I didn’t do much to take care of myself

But in reality I was so tired and didn’t have energy to care about it other than just trying to survive each day in a body I wasn’t meant to be in

Once I got the PCOS diagnosis it all made sense

I was tired all day but couldn’t sleep. Then because I couldn’t sleep my cortisol would go up and then I’d crave sugar and carbs therefore causing weight gain which would in turn cause depression and it’s this VICIOUS CYCLE OF HELL 😭

Once my hormones were balanced and I found the right lifestyle to help with the pcos symptoms, it all slowly started to come together

I thank my body every single day for allowing me to do the things I hadn’t been able to do for so many years 🙏🏼
