As another presidential election approaches quickly, let us take a moment to reflect on our community values and our extraordinary community of learners, educators, and citizens. By their nature, elections bring a mix of emotions—excitement, disappointment, hope, concern, and anxiety. This election season certainly has been no exception.

Our community holds diverse views on elections and world events, a strength that comes from living in a democratic society that values differing perspectives. To move forward constructively, let’s engage with curiosity, respect, and dialogue, regardless of election outcomes.

Your Vote Matters. Voting is one of the most important rights of citizens of a democratic nation. Every vote shapes the future of our nation. As I like to share: voting empowers your viewpoints, communicates your vision for the future, and recognizes the leadership you entrust to shape our present and future.

Don’t forget to vote tomorrow, November 5, 2024!
