The Toronto Argonauts beat the Saskatchewan Rough Ridgers last night by a ‘Walk Off Rouge’ 🤯

Per Canadian Football League rules, the ‘rouge’ also referred to as a ‘single point’ awards a team one point, not from an extra point. 

The kicking team is awarded a ‘rouge’ if it either punts the football or misses a field goal, and the receiving team doesn’t get the ball out of their own end zone. 

By missing the FG on purpose, the Argonauts were awarded a ‘rouge’ — winning in walk-off fashion. 

Not something you see everyday in football 😂
