It’s been 9 years since I ran a PR. A lot of injuries early in my pro career, and then it took me a couple years to really get my confidence back. Been a long fight to get back to the runner that I know I am, but we finally gettin there. Opened up my season with lifetime PR yesterday 1:46.20‼️

Second fastest time by an American this year, and fifth in the world 🌎 (we only a month into the year, but I’m still stampin it idc lol). Big year comin up, and we just gettin started 🦍
