Comment “HABIT” below, and I’ll send you a link to resources that will help you on your journey to clean, healthy habits!

Breaking an unhealthy habit is not easy, but with the right approach, you can make lasting changes! Whether it’s kicking a sugar habit, quitting late-night snacking, or overcoming emotional eating, breaking unhealthy habits is totally doable with the right mindset and tools. Here’s how:

1️⃣ Identify the Habit & the Trigger
Take a moment to reflect: What’s the habit you want to break, and what’s causing it? Understanding the why behind the habit is the first step to changing it.

2️⃣ Set Clear, Achievable Goals
Instead of overwhelming yourself with a huge change, break it down into small, manageable steps. Aim for something realistic that you can build on. For example, if you’re trying to cut back on sugar, start by swapping sugary drinks for water or herbal tea.

3️⃣ Replace the Habit with a Healthier One
The key to breaking a habit is replacing it. Swap your unhealthy habit with a positive, healthy one. Feeling the urge to reach for chips? Try crunchy veggies or a handful of nuts instead.

4️⃣ Get Support & Accountability
Tell someone about your goals, or find an accountability buddy. Having someone to share your journey with helps keep you focused and motivated! You can also join our LEAN program.

5️⃣ Be Patient & Compassionate with Yourself
Change takes time. Don’t expect perfection—and don’t be hard on yourself if you slip up. Just get back on track and remember: progress is what counts, not perfection!

6️⃣ Celebrate Your Successes
Every little win deserves to be celebrated. Did you make it through a week without reaching for that sugary snack? High-five yourself! Small victories lead to lasting change.

Take it one step at a time, and soon enough, those healthy habits will be second nature. I’m here to support you along the way!
