Looking to make more home cooked meals this year but short on time? This one-pot pasta is quick, easy, and perfect for weeknight dinners at home! 

Ingredients: 
🍝 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍝 2–3 tbsp butter 
🍝 6 garlic cloves, minced 
🍝 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 
🍝 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped 
🍝 12 oz pasta (your favorite) - I used linguine
🍝 3–4 cups chicken stock 
🍝 1 tsp dried basil or oregano 
🍝 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning 
🍝 salt and pepper to taste
🍝 1 cup half and half 
🍝 2 cups baby spinach 
🍝 Fresh basil & grated Parmesan 

Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt butter in a pot. Sauté garlic, red pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes. 

2️⃣ Add pasta, chicken stock, dried herbs, ranch seasoning, and half and half. Stir, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes, until pasta is tender. 

3️⃣ Toss in baby spinach, fresh basil, and top with Parmesan.
